50% Deposit is required to book and schedule studio time.
All payments are final and non refundable.
All studio time officially booked on our calendar MUST be used within the time allotted.
If technical difficulties do occur, it is the management's discretion to reschedule or
provide unused hours in the future.
Must sign in at the front desk upon arrival.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose sessions follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your engineer will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session.
After the recording session is done, you must bring a hard drive to receive all data on the
day of your booking. If you would like us to store the music there will be additional fees.
Edits and revisions will be based upon engineer conducting sessions as well as photography. For more information please email us at visionmediastudios@gmail.com
If for any reason you need to cancel your studio time completely, please notify management immediately. For all cancellations, the initial 50% deposit is forfeited and non-refundable - no exceptions.
“No show” bookings will be billed full time booked.
